Phone support

It's kinda interesting to walk a person through installing an rss reader by phone when they have no personal interest in doing so. They just want to walk through the process to make sure the process is explained as well as it needs to be, "for the elderly."

At first you think there's no way it'll work, hoping the sysadmins won't allow anything to be installed. But holy crap it worked.

Then you get excited that it worked, because you don't have to come up with some other way of demonstrating this. But then you're bummed, because you have to figure out how the app works so you can add a feed. ("See the big red F with the plus sign?")

On the other hand, Bottom Feeder is kinda nice.
