Meh
I have a bad attitude.
All these changes at work, new management, new production tools, new projects, and my attitude keeps getting worse.
I see people that used to be seriously unpleasant to work with improve over the past couple years, to where they're actualy nice and nice to work with. Meanwhile, I get more bitter and angry and unengaged.
Theoretically, there's a new world order fast approaching that will allow for innovation and creativity, but based on how things have worked here, I can't get behind it.
The politics of "for the good of my career" is winning over "for the good of the site." It's gotten so you're wondering who's the next to get a bad review.
It could just be post-partum depression after elections, but I'm pretty sure I have a bad attitude.
