Dissembling With Numbers?

In high school, all those anonymous drug and sex surveys were completed during eighth period, the last one of the day. The results, based on my recollection, showed that our high school wasn't particularly promiscuous or particularly drunk and stoned.

Also based on my recollection, an awful lot of the serious stoners and drunks had work permits or were in the vocational programs, so they left school at midday, maybe coming back and finishing up at night school.

So either the school did this on purpose, filling out the surveys when the perceived negative outliers were gone, to deflate our numbers, or I have totally the wrong impression of an awful lot of people from high school, which could make me a dick.
