Running my errands yesterday morning, I kept muttering, "Skeet, skeet, skeet," as I walked down the street. Someone once said that you can say that on TV, cause white folks don't know what it means, yet, but I know what it means, and it just makes this white folk seem extra creepy.

My solo project spin-off project consisting of former members of Witchporn, BigFist, Wordsmith, Asshat, Free to Be Marlo and Foghat will be called Woodrow Wilson's Willie. Our first song will be a Survivor cover tribute to F2BM's two favorite chili joints.

Thanks to the Pure Rock Fury that is The Bricks (here's what he looks like, in case you've forgotten. He's the one being smothered.), I got to see the Beasties a few weeks ago at the 9:30. Although it was only a 50 minute show that started three hours late, it was one of the best shows I've seen. High energy, crowd was way into it. Mixmaster Mike is The Shit. THE SHIT, yo!

Speaking of drag, at the gym on Monday, I saw the dude who danced the Ricky Martin shtick at Perry's. That's one "Hey, don't you work at so-and-so?" conversation you can't really have at the gym. Nothing good can come of that.

Also, what was only a matter of time, has arrived.

I think this site is pretty cool: http://www.theyrule.net. Using data from corporate sites and SEC filings, this site lets you see how company directors and foundations are connected. I haven't researched it very thoroughly, but it was created by a left-leaner (self-avowed, and also, since when do right-leaners care about the interconnectedness of the corporate world?). It's fascinating from the social network analysis point of view. Now if we could import Kevin Bacon's stock portfolio, high school and college graduating class names and work history, then we'd have a rockin' game of 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon.
