When You're Bored, Jerko

A game popular at Idaho weddings, according to my dear friend Scotch Tape Mike:

I passed out before this one, but later in the evening on Saturday, about 30 dudes were gathered around the camp fire playing "Detonator," the game in which a full can of beer is passed around the circle, each person slamming it against his forehead until it inevitably explodes.

From what I understand, you pound the beer against your head in near proximity to another dude's face so that the second dude gets a face full of foam if it detonates on your turn.

Wish I would have seen the game in action; glad I didn't have to explain away a circle shaped bruise on my forehead when I came into work on Monday.

It seems to have elements of all your favorite drinking games: potential for loss of vision, hitting, beer, no clear winner in the end, plus it adds a chance for explosion.

"Drink the 12-pack" sounds less painful, but the next time I'm with a large group of people, I'll give it a shot.

Can' tbe much worse than that fuuuuuuuucking retarded slapping game I beat you at before I was disqualified for the "obvious" foul of punching you in the head because you were slapping me in the face.

And I'm sorry if the rules to "Ha! Ha! You drink!" are too complex for you. Next time I'll play something simpler with you, like "High, Low, Red, Black".
