Also, he left out the most important step: don't use the internet. Just the other day, I was innocently doing some cultural research on google, typed in "Japanese Schoolgirls" and, well, after taking some time by myself alone in a dark room to consider the situation in depth, I was appalled at what I found.

whats so bad about touching yourself...especially at night? I mean honestly everyone does it at least once in there life i mean common are you mad(im English)?
